Back again for 2026 is our annual Wear Your Helmet to Work Day Presented by HMS Motorsport, the event that lets you show everyone just how much you love racing.

Strike up a shock tuning conversation by the water cooler. Berate your cubemate for choosing the wrong 200tw tire. Sleep in a meeting because your visor is tinted. You can even enjoy your safest commute of the year.
Working from home? Make that 10-foot commute with some extra head protection - just try not to scare your small children and pets too much.
When the day comes on April 24, share your festive headwear with the world! Follow Grassroots Motorsports on social media, post your photos with the hashtag #HelmetDay, and tag Grassroots Motorsports and HMS Motorsport. You can also upload your photos directly to our Facebook page on the official event post or on the GRM forum on the official event post.
Wherever you post, make sure you do so by 5 p.m. Eastern.
At the end of the work day, we’ll share our favorite photos and put our (helmeted) heads together to choose a winner to receive the grand prize helmet.
